Navigation services have emerged in almost every province and territory across Canada to support individuals and families by helping them find their way through health, education, and social systems.
We recognize the timeliness and importance of navigation services and want to create an opportunity to connect stakeholders in an interdisciplinary setting for information-sharing and networking, with the aim to advance the field of patient navigation across Canada.
This conference will be hosted in partnership between NaviCare/SoinsNavi at the University of New Brunswick in Saint John and the Family Navigation Project at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto. To learn more, click below to visit their web pages.
