CHNC 2019: Submit an Abstract

November 14-15, 2019

Held at Hart House on the University of Toronto Campus


Guidelines

The abstract should be 250-300 words in length.

There are no limitations to the amount of abstracts an author can submit; however you can only be a lead author (presenter) for two selected abstracts.

Please fill out the form below carefully to ensure that all information is correct.

Oral Presentations:

Presenters will be given a 30-minute time slot. 15-20 minutes will be allowed for the presentation, with additional time for questions. Please have your presentation ready on a portable USB stick, and upload your presentation to the computer at the conference prior to your scheduled presentation time. There will be a session chair who will introduce your presentation, and indicate to you when you have 5 minutes remaining, followed by a 1 minute warning. To respect other presenters, please do not go over 20 minutes during your presentation.

Poster Presentations:

Dimensions should be approximately ___ x____ . On the day of the conference, posters should be set up in the morning between 7:45am and 8:30am. Please hang your poster on the board that has been assigned to you. Push pins will be available to hang the poster, and a volunteer will be there to assist you if necessary. Presenters ought to be with their poster for the first session between ___am and ____am, and during the second session at ____pm to ____ pm.
