Because Navigation services continue to grow and become the “norm” in Canada…

The first Canadian Healthcare Navigation Conference (CHNC) will be hosted in partnership between NaviCare/SoinsNavi at the University of New Brunswick in Saint John and the Family Navigation Project at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto.

Our vision is to create a platform for the sharing of best practices as well as for knowledge translation and exchange.

The CHNC will bring together researchers, decision-makers, administrators, clinicians, trainees, and families with lived experience.

We encourage students, trainees, senior researchers, and others to submit an abstract to present their research or navigation program at the first-ever Canadian navigation conference!

Options are available for oral and poster presentations. The deadline to submit is June 01, 2019.
